About Het Normo

As Het Normo (formerly Administrator of the BAS Agreement System), we are the designated data exchange entity (GUE) within the Energy Act. As a neutral and impartial authority, we ensure clear and reliable agreements on the secure and transparent sharing of energy data – and enable cooperation and access to data through one central entity. This is how we safeguard a future-proof energy market. We engage in structural consultation via the MFF. Within this forum, together with all (market) parties, we make agreements about processes in the energy market in which energy data plays a central role.
