We are Heritage Appraisal Services, a Texas-based independent appraisal company handling in-person damage estimates for autos, trucks, tractor trailers, heavy equipment, RVs, specialty vehicles, and fleet units. We service California, Arizona, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, and 5 other states. Although we aren't a claims management company or TPA, all our field appraisers are licensed adjusters in the states we service. Our focus is simple: Quick turnaround, quality, and consistency. We provide field-based inspection of estimates with detailed photo documentation. Reports are tailored specifically for insurance carriers and TPAs. We offer quick turnaround without sacrificing accuracy and a true one-stop solution for all your appraisal needs. We start by holding ourselves to a high standard for courtesy, professionalism, and personal service to our clients, their insured, and claimants. No excuses, our turnaround time is normally 24 to 36 hours on standard vehicles depending on parts availability, location, and weather conditions. Assignments are sent to the appropriate Heritage field inspector immediately upon receipt by us, and you will be notified that we have received and dispatched that assignment. After completion and before it returns to the carrier, the file goes to our audit team.
