Henry J. Austin Health Center (HJAHC) is a Federal Qualified Health Center, which aims to provide quality, community-based, affordable, accessible primary care services to the uninsured or medically underserved population of Trenton. HJAHC is the largest non-hospital based ambulatory care provider in the City of Trenton. Its primary goal is to increase access and decrease barriers to medical services by providing primary health care services, which include: adult medicine, gynecology, pediatrics, HIV treatment, dental care, podiatry, and ophthalmology. In addition, HJAHC provides nutrition, social service, substance abuse assessment and intervention, behavioral health, translation services, transportation, and an onsite pharmacy.
