About Harris Hill Independent Schools

Harris Hill Independent Schools have gained a first-class reputation within the independent education sector through working collaboratively with clients to provide a customised service for their recruitment needs. Specialising in recruitment for UK independent schools, our team have a wealth of experience in the sector, including consultants with direct personal experience in teaching and/or independent schools. As a result we're able to fully understand and appreciate the qualities teachers require to excel in your roles, whether it be a preparatory or senior school, single-sex or mixed, day or boarding. We also cover senior management and non-academic roles, and as part of the wider Harris Hill organisation (one of the market leaders in third sector recruitment), we're able to draw upon a far larger network to secure candidates for business, finance and HR appointments within schools. Whether you are looking to hire, or a seeking a move within/into the sector, we believe in taking the time to identify your specific needs and requirements, to ensure our candidates are truly well-matched with their schools. It is important that our successful placements deliver not only outstanding results within your school but also reach out to the wider community. In addition to covering independent schools throughout the UK, we also have long-standing relationships with many excellent British and IB schools internationally, particularly in Europe, the Far East and Middle East where opportunities regularly arise. Harris Hill is committed to the protection and welfare of students and teachers around the world and follows NSPCC regulations for candidate registration.
