Happy to meet you, a recruitment and 360 HR support firm, was born from the observation that the world of human resources was undergoing a paradigm shift. Digitalization of tools, candidates seeking meaning, companies in transformation, increased competition… The relationship between recruiter and candidate has changed, and in some cases, even reversed. It is now up to companies to understand their culture, build an employer brand image true to reality, and adopt the codes and tools of their time. Our 40 human resources and communication experts support and train companies in 2 major areas: - Recruitment of executives, managers, and directors (sourcing, direct approach, evaluations, assessments, onboarding…), - Human resources consulting (organization and transformation, HR development, skills assessments, individual and collective outplacements…) In terms of CSR, we are voluntarily engaged with the FACE foundation and its associated digital school, ASCAPE and InSitu Développement.
