Innovative provider of advanced and further training: Our vocational training centers in Kiel, Travemünde, and Elmshorn, as well as the further training center, ensure the qualification of skilled and managerial staff. We offer inter-company apprentice training, master craftsman preparatory courses, additional qualifications for high-performing apprentices, measures from employment agencies, and innovative projects for internationalization. In addition to trade-specific mandatory courses, we offer a range of additional courses for the personal and professional further development of modern craftspeople. Representation of interests for the trades: We improve framework conditions through statements on laws, contacts with politics at all levels, and public relations. In this way, we strengthen the trades in relation to authorities, associations, and society. We collaborate with decision-makers at all levels.
