WHO IS HAFIZ MUSTAFA? Şekerci Hafız Mustafa was founded in 1864 during the reign of Sultan Abdülaziz by İsmail Hakkı from Çankırı, and was taken over by his son Hafız Mustafa. Hafız Mustafa won 11 medals from Europe in the fields of pastry, confectionery, and desserts between 1926 and 1938. Remaining true to the tradition of Ahilik since 1864, Hafız Mustafa's brand identity is both traditional and innovative, with the goal of extending the reliability and brand awareness achieved nationally to international platforms. The clarified butter made from sheep's milk collected in the Urfa Ceylanpınar region and our syrup made with natural sugar derived from beets are the secrets to the deliciousness of our crispy baklavas. The highest quality 'Boziçi Pistachios' from the Nizip region are used in our baklavas. Additionally, 'Giresun Hazelnuts', the best hazelnuts in Turkey, and specially selected walnuts are also used in our products. For our daily fresh kadayıf, 'Künefe Cheese' specific to the Hatay region is used, and for our milk-based desserts, daily 'Buffalo Milk', which has higher vitamin, protein, and mineral content than other milks, is preferred. In addition to our special patented products and designer cakes, all our products are handmade, fresh daily, and made using Zemzem water. Our chocolate products use milk and chocolate, and our Turkish delight uses natural fruit extract. As Hafız Mustafa, we offer our consumers a multi-product variety with our heritage of over a century and experience. At the same time, we aim to deliver a cultural heritage to our consumers.
