About Hader Institute of Education

Hader Institute of Education is one of Australia's highest-rated online RTOs — 4.9/5 from over 750 Google Reviews — delivering nationally recognised qualifications in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, and Alcohol & Other Drugs. We started with a simple belief: that vocational education could be done better. More personalised. More supportive. More honest about what learners actually need to succeed in the real world — not just pass a course. A few years in, our learners are telling us we're getting it right. Not through abstract satisfaction scores, but through the names they use in their reviews. Viki. Cayan. Blake. Duane. Charlotte. Trainers named, specifically, as the reason a single mum finished her Diploma after 14 months studying after her kids went to bed. The reason a 55-year-old who hadn't studied since 1974 graduated with confidence. The reason a full-time worker with a newborn made it work. What we offer learners: Nationally recognised qualifications AQF Level 4–6 | 100% online with live Zoom sessions | Guaranteed Work Placement SkilTrak | Interest-free from $28/week | Dual Qualifications | Voted Online Education CEO of the Year 2024, 2025 & 2026. What we offer our team: A culture where trainers are known by name | Meaningful work in a sector that changes lives | A growing organisation where your contribution is visible | Flexible working | Leadership that backs its people. If you're a learner exploring options — welcome. If you're a professional thinking about joining us — we'd love to talk.
