With a portfolio of nearly 100,000 homes combining social, intermediate, and open-market rental housing, as well as themed residences, ICF Habitat houses no less than 210,000 people and meets the diverse needs of households while supporting residential pathways. Present nationwide, particularly in major urban centers, the Group works to implement the housing policies of the State, local authorities, and SNCF, its shareholder, whose HR policy it supports by offering housing solutions to its employees (30% of our tenants are SNCF employees or retirees). By multiplying synergies with players in the housing sector, ICF Habitat works for the economic, social, and sustainable development of territories: • increasing rental supply with the production of 1,500 to 2,000 homes each year in areas with high demand; • offering housing solutions adapted to the needs and resources of all. • improving the comfort and quality of life of our tenants with the renovation of 2,000 homes each year; • production of eco-responsible residences.
