Guardian Roofing, Gutters, & Insulation

About Guardian Roofing, Gutters, & Insulation

Founded in 2005, Guardian provides repair/replacement roofing services as well as gutter & insulation services to residential and light commercial customers throughout the Puget Sound. The Guardian brand is synonymous with exceptional service and integrity in all areas, named one of the fastest growing privately owned companies by the Puget Sound Business Journal and is consistently in the Top 100 roofing contractors in the Nation. Guardian employs over 100 people and 100% of Guardian’s work is focused on repair and replacement (i.e. no new construction). The company has increased gross revenue by roughly 60% over the past five (5) years as a direct result of an outstanding local reputation and fielding an exceptionally strong, long-tenured team. Building on this momentum, Guardian is continuing its strategic growth with the opening of a new branch in Everett, Washington in April 2026, and has set a clear vision to double the size of the company over the next five years.
