GRUPPO MARTA - Gruppo Cooperativo Paritetico The Marta Group integrates the specificities of the various cooperatives that compose it, ranging from services for the support of people and social contexts to interventions for job placement in the multiservice and cultural tourism sector. The three main pillars on which the Marta Group bases its identity are, on the one hand, the commitment to making citizenship rights enforceable for every person, regardless of the specificity of their condition and needs, the rejection of any form of discrimination, and the promotion of a qualified work culture capable of placing sustainability and social equity criteria at the center. The strategic levers of social action are, on the other hand, the valorization of the mutualistic choice based on member participation, dialogue with the territories in a logic of networking and co-design, the qualification of care and proximity work in response to citizens' needs, and research and innovation for growth and to foster growth. Today, the Marta Group has five cooperatives, three of type A and two of type B, for a total of over twelve hundred people employed daily in various services and active projects, with an annual turnover exceeding twenty-five million euros.
