Our history began in 1935, by the hands of Francisco José and Santina Zaffari, who with care and commitment built a grocery store in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul. From this small business, a trajectory began with a focus on quality, variety, a welcoming environment, and customer service - differentials that are consolidated as the registered trademark of our Company. Currently, Grupo Zaffari is composed of several business segments, including the largest supermarket and hypermarket chain in Southern Brazil. It also owns shopping centers in Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo, in addition to a credit card operator. In 2023, the Cestto Atacadista chain was inaugurated. Our large family now brings together a total of 12,000 employees committed to the mission of offering the best customer experience.
