About Grupo Xcaret

We are a passionate family of unique and extraordinary hosts serving Mexico, our guests, and visitors, to whom we generate moments of intense happiness that transcend their lives. We share the best of ourselves by being warm, joyful, and hospitable. We enthusiastically embrace the privilege of serving with quality and in the most original way possible. We create innovative opportunities, using our imagination which, the more it is used, the more we have. We always seek the 'how it can be done'. We patiently build a common future with value and integrity. We commit to doing things right the first time rather than waiting for second chances. We work harmoniously as a team towards common goals. We contribute all our talent and put our heart into achieving continuous improvement. We understand that we are people collaborating with people, and this implies caring for others. We respect human dignity, are impeccable in all our relationships, always validating the other as a person in all their dimensions. We believe in and practice equality. We are congruent in what we think, say, and do. Ethics is our guide. We share knowledge and humbly receive the teachings others give us, appreciating the opportunity to learn. Every day we find the motivation that encourages us to give our best to leave a positive mark on everyone we interact with. We understand that sustainability is part of the balance of present and future life. We are committed to our community and to Mexico. We value what we receive from nature and seek ways to maintain, return, or contribute to continue building a place of harmony on Earth. We rationally use both material and economic resources, our own and the organization's. With pride, we disseminate the natural and cultural heritage of our country. We are Xcaret, We are Mexico.
