About Grupo Vilarejo

We are Grupo Vilarejo, an ecosystem that unites finishing stores, hotels, agribusiness, dairy production, and cachaça production. Our story began in 1982, in the heart of Hotel Fazenda Vilarejo, in Conservatória/RJ. Since then, we have continued to grow to transform lives with hospitality, quality, and innovation. Our Culture Here, every attitude is born with the purpose of providing the opportunity for a better life to everyone involved with Grupo Vilarejo, whether they are clients, collaborators, suppliers, partners, or representatives of the surrounding community. We believe that great achievements are built by people who wear the shirt, grow together, and make a difference every day. Our values are what move us: respect, collaborative spirit, initiative, discipline, commitment, organization, and innovation.
