About Grupo Torel Boutiques

Torel Boutiques is a Portuguese luxury boutique hotel brand known for creating distinctive, narrative-driven hospitality experiences across Portugal. Comprising a collection of nine prestigious properties — Torel Palace Lisbon, Torel Avantgarde, Torel 1884 Suites & Apartments, Torel Palace Porto, Torel Quinta da Vacaria, Torel Saboaria, Torel Royal Court, Torel Terra Brava, and Torel Private Collection. Rooted in Portugal’s cultural heritage, every property emerges from the reimagination of historic and emblematic buildings, where design, art, gastronomy, and place come together to shape meaningful stays. With a distinctly “Made in Portugal” character, the spaces are defined by meticulous interior design and the richness of Portuguese craftsmanship, creating environments that feel both authentic and timeless. At the core of Torel Boutiques lies a simple belief: hospitality is an emotional craft. We move beyond traditional notions of luxury to embrace a more meaningful form of hospitality — soulful, intentional, and deeply connected to place and people. We are “Artisans of Memories”, dedicated to transforming stays into stories and moments into emotions. We are proudly the only Portuguese hotel group with restaurants awarded 3 MICHELIN Stars and four hotels recognised with MICHELIN Keys, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in hospitality and gastronomy. Recently, the Torel Boutiques group was awarded the Leadership in Tourism prize by TNews at the latest edition of the Tourism Leaders Awards. This recognition reflects the continuous work of our teams and the way we live hospitality: with authenticity, dedication, and a strong focus on people.
