More than just building developments, Thá makes dreams come true. All with the confidence of a company that delivers on its promises, the quality of those who love what they do, and the ethics of those who respect suppliers, employees, and clients. Few companies are as proud to display a portfolio like Grupo Thá's, achieved through the ability to reinvent itself with each cycle. With over 100 years of existence, one of the great reasons to celebrate is the definition of the Thá Quality Standard. Being in sync with global and national standards also makes a difference. Thá holds the PBQP–H Level A Certification from the Federal Government, which aims to improve habitat and productive modernization, and the ISO 9000:2000 Certification, a standard that establishes guidelines for implementing Quality Management Systems.
