ST-Sociedad de Tasación is a 100% Spanish company, completely independent of any financial entity or real estate group, operating in the field of valuations of all types of assets and especially real estate assets. In February 2010, it launched www.stvalora.com, the first e-commerce website in Spain through which official mortgage valuations, among other products, can be purchased. This independence is one of the company's distinctive features, to the point of remaining the largest independent company in the sector in Spain, both in volume and number of appraisers. Our General Management is in Madrid, and we have 14 branches covering the entire Spanish territory with over 180 employees, more than 50 of whom (architects and engineers) are dedicated to performing technical quality control of valuations to preserve the quality of the final product. This is framed within the UNE-EN-ISO-9001:2000 standard certificate. For carrying out valuations, it has the collaboration of more than 800 highly qualified and trained architects and engineers, who carry out the approved valuations and dimensioned plans. They are distributed across 400 Spanish cities. ST-Sociedad de Tasación is also a pioneer in the application of the latest communication and information technologies, with the aim of improving data management, streamlining procedures, and ensuring the confidentiality of operations.
