Grupo Sevilla Control (GSC) is a leading manufacturer of machined parts and assemblies made from aluminum and hard metals such as titanium, inconel, and steel for major OEMs like Airbus and Boeing, as well as Tier 1 suppliers including Aciturri, Alestis, and Aernnova, utilizing its 35 CNC machines and auxiliary equipment. Leveraging its machining expertise, GSC has expanded into surface treatments, heat treatments, and testing/inspection for the finishing and certification of metal components. GSC also integrates additional capacities related to its core activities, including the purchase, cutting, dispatch, and storage of raw materials. The company offers heat treatments for metal parts, including solubilization, aging, austinizing, quenching, tempering, and annealing. Surface treatments offered include pickling, passivation, tartaric sulfuric anodizing, sulfuric anodizing, primer and painting, cadmium plating, chemical conversion, electrical bonding, abrasive cleaning, and dry lubricant application. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services encompass magnetic particle inspection, penetrant inspection, Rockwell hardness testing, and electric conductivity testing. Destructive Testing (DT) includes tensile testing of metallic materials. Inspection capabilities feature two three-dimensional measuring machines. Final assembly services involve assembling small, medium, and large components, final painting and surface finishing, and dedicated rooms and personnel for applying sealants, adhesives, and liquid supplements. The company also provides sheet metal manufacturing and additive metal manufacturing (design and post-processing). GSC participates in the manufacturing supply chain for aerospace industry programs such as Airbus Defense and Space (ADS) programs like A400m, A330 MRTT, and Eurofighter Typhoon; Airbus Operations programs including A320 Neo, C295, Services, and A350; and Boeing programs like B737MAX and B777.
