Grupo Plaenge

About Grupo Plaenge

We are a construction company. Since 1970, when a young engineer founded Grupo Plaenge, our purpose has remained the same: to build a solid, ethical, and useful organization for people. Throughout this journey, we have expanded our operations, crossed borders, and transformed landscapes. Today, we operate in the medium and high-end real estate construction segments, with a presence in nine Brazilian cities, distributed across six states, in addition to Chile, where we have been since 2009. We are over 4,000 employees who, every day, contribute to turning projects into reality in the engineering, commercial, and administrative areas. But what truly sustains our history are not just the developments we deliver. It is the people who, over generations, have chosen to build this path with us. Our culture is guided by timeless values: acting with ethics, doing things well, being useful, persevering in the face of challenges, collaborating, and thinking long-term. If this is also your way of building, welcome to Grupo Plaenge.
