About Grupo Normatel

It all began when Antônio José started working with his father as a representative for electrical materials. Having to balance work with his studies, Antônio José had to drop out of Civil Engineering and take over the business with his father. Soon after, his friend and brother-in-law, Cláudio Brasil, joined the company, having just graduated in Electrical Engineering. In 1977, they decided to form a partnership and open a company for the sale of electrical materials and installations. Normatel Home Center is expert when it comes to making the customer feel at home, being synonymous with comfort. With strategically located stores in the main urban growth vectors: Fortaleza, Maracanaú, and Juazeiro do Norte. The quality standard, the diversity of products, and a team of trained professionals focused on customer service and satisfaction are the constants that guide us and drive us to lead the commercial segment of retail for construction materials and home utilities in Ceará. Normatel Engenharia has accumulated a solid technical foundation and market vision over these years. Capable in the most diverse segments of works, constructions, and installations, such as industries, hospitals, shopping malls, buildings, airports, ports, theaters, and restoration works with the private sector and public institutions at the municipal, state, and federal levels. Normatel Incorporações was founded in 1989 under the name DN Empreendimentos Imobiliários until 2011 when it was 100% incorporated into Grupo Normatel. Throughout these years, it has gained credibility and recognition through the full fulfillment of its projects and commitments. The CSC (Shared Services Center) encompasses the areas of management, finance, accounting, commercial, civil, tax, and labor litigation, human resources, computerized systems and information technology, and maintenance of equipment, security, and physical assets of all companies.
