About Grupo Nissey

Grupo Nissey traces its origins to the 1970s, when the Federal Territory of Rondônia was just beginning. The founder, Mr. José Ribeiro Filho, a pioneer, perceived that Rondônia had a grand future. He left behind the comfort and modernity he enjoyed in the southeastern region of the country and moved here. With a pioneering spirit, he established his first venture in the city of Porto Velho/RO in 1974, the company Atalaia S/A Comércio e Indústria, then a Mercedes-Benz dealership. In 1979, Atalaia began its history with Toyota do Brasil, receiving the Toyota Bandeirantes dealership. Ten years later, in 1989, Apediá Veículos e Peças Ltda. was established in the city of Vilhena/RO, a Toyota Bandeirantes dealership for the South of Rondônia. In 2001, Toyota decided to take new directions in Brazil, seeking modernization and expansion of its product line and growth in the country, initiating a new cycle with the arrival of the Hilux and Corolla, world champions in sales in their segments. In 2002, Nissey Participações was born, acting as a Shared Services Center (CSC) for its business segments, which today represent the Toyota, DAF, and John Deere brands. With a commitment to excellence and efficiency, we are the key to the operational success of our business units: Nissey Motors, Apediá Veículos, Nissey Máquinas, and Nissey Caminhões. Our dealerships are present in the States of Rondônia, Mato Grosso, Acre, and Amazonas. Our purpose is to centralize vital operations for the dealerships, providing synergies and optimizing resources. We have a shared services model designed to elevate the performance of our dealerships, allowing them to focus on what they do best: meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
