Grupo Nícia

About Grupo Nícia

Our story began in 1985 when Grupo Nícia was born from an O Boticário store in Porto Nacional - TO. From then until today, many challenges have been overcome and difficulties were not enough to stop the pursuit of the dream of a bright future. Serving all of Tocantins, our establishments make up the group's varied franchise chain, employing hundreds of professionals, whom we are passionate about. Management, customer service, and care for people on a daily basis make our organization unique, and that's why we have enormous affection for our work and for those who collaborate in its development. Undoubtedly, our willingness and investment in great talents allow our purpose to be reinforced in every action. Being a leader in franchise management means having the commitment to uniquely care for every person who walks through our stores. This is Grupo Nícia, from people to people.
