Grupo Kalise Menorquina is a public limited company that was created from the merger in 1999 of two companies: Interglas, S.A (Kalise) in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Helados La Menorquina, S.A in Menorca. We are currently the largest branded ice cream manufacturer in Spain with one hundred percent Spanish capital and a market share close to 20%. We have nearly 100 distributors in Spain, the Canary Islands, and Portugal. We also have 21 own branches and 220 delivery trucks, forming the largest capillary negative cold distribution network in Spain. We sell under the Kalise and Menorquina brands and sub-brands such as Prestige, Kalise FoodServices, and Kalise Yogures y Postres in restaurants, bars, and kiosks, ice cream parlors, convenience stores, supermarkets, and hypermarkets. Leveraging our distribution capacity and market knowledge, we also distribute other ranges of complementary frozen products from leading Spanish and international brands. Our business group employs around 1,000 workers and serves 70,000 active customers annually, who purchase every two to three days, totaling 1.6 million order lines. The business group's capital is 100% Spanish, and for the production of our products, we have over forty manufacturing lines distributed across two plants located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Gran Canaria, Canary Islands) and in Palau Solità i Plegamans (Barcelona, Catalonia).
