Since 2005, the ERA Alameda/Av. Roma Team has sought to exceed the growing expectations of our Buyer and Seller Clients, raising the bar for excellence and rigor in real estate services and consolidating its experience in the Lisbon real estate market. Our objective is always to grow the business and, despite being a global brand, to also be recognized locally, in line with our "zone specialist" strategy. In 2015, this Team contributed significantly to strengthening its market leadership, ranking as the 4th best ERA Agency nationwide in terms of turnover. Simultaneously, aiming to enhance our value proposition, the ERA Alvalade/Campo Grande project was launched in March 2015, and was distinguished as the best ERA Start-up agency in 2015. Continuing our ambition to expand our influence in Lisbon, in July 2017 we launched the new ERA Campo de Ourique/Amoreiras. Our ERA Agents receive initial and ongoing training, work full-time with personalized support, focus on an exclusive work zone as the basis of the "Zone Specialist" concept, progressive commission model, and Team/Network work to enhance their results. Each ERA Agent team is integrated into one of our Agencies where a Procedural and Financial Department handles all administrative processes for buying and selling homes, including support in obtaining bank financing, and a national marketing structure to better promote the sale of each property. For these and many other reasons, we can affirm that ERA Agents are authentic machines for selling houses.
