The sum of the know-how and experience of two well-known restaurateurs from Cantabria has given rise to GRUPO CAÑADIO. It is the result of the alliance established in 2013 between Paco Quirós (Santander, 1956), owner of Cañadio, with headquarters in Santander and Madrid, and Carlos Crespo Viadero (Santander, 1962), owner of establishments in Cantabria such as Bodega del Riojano, Vermuteria Solórzano, or Pan de Cuco. Its concept follows the formula of a business model, that of Grupo Cañadio, which stands above trends: simplicity, quality and consistency, recognizable offering based on good products. Crespo insists on highlighting the work of the kitchen team. 'We are chefs. We know the harshness of this profession, we tell the truth, not what the public wants to hear; therein lies the honesty that is talked about so much lately'.
