BLUEOTTER aggregated in 2018, under the same brand and management team, the waste management units of CITRI and CME ÁGUAS/PRORESI, favoring partnerships with its clients and other sector operators, ensuring the best environmental management service throughout the value chain. In July 2019, the group integrated EGEO CIRCULAR, which was renamed BLUEOTTER CIRCULAR after its acquisition, thus offering more capabilities to its clients, ensuring a global waste management offering for the collection and treatment of all types of waste, including public urban waste services and sanitation services. Using the best environmental and management practices in its waste sorting and recovery units; for the treatment of organic waste; and for the processing and preparation of alternative fuels from waste; for technical confinement in a controlled landfill; along with its renewable energy production units to respond to society's needs and ensure the best environmental solutions and safeguarding of natural resources.
