About Grupo ATValor

ATValor was founded in 2016 by a majority group of technical appraisers and is an independent company, approved and registered with the Bank of Spain. In 2021, it acquired the ECO appraisal business from JLL Spain (Tasaciones Hipotecarias SAU), giving rise to Grupo ATValor. The other divisions of the Group are: ATConsultoría, expert in carrying out specific services in the valuation of assets such as jewelry, works of art, machinery, boats, expert reports, analysis of assets and liabilities, and support in accounting, taxation, and development processes. ATGestion, specialist in Project Monitoring, feasibility and management studies, execution, processing, and development of architectural projects. In just six years, Grupo ATValor has managed to be in the National TOP TEN among Appraisal Companies, it provides its services nationwide and is based on a highly qualified professional team and on two fundamental pillars: a SOLID TECHNICAL TOOL and its values: COMMITMENT, RIGOR, and PROFESSIONALISM in carrying out the work.
