About Grupo Aldo

Those who live on the road know: life is full of things that come and go, that happen and pass. When we realize this, we begin to value what truly matters and what is made to last. It is to build things like this that Grupo Aldo has worked every day for 50 years. More than service stations, restaurants, parking lots, barbecue areas, customer car service, or the best diesel in Brazil, our business is to welcome the driver and turn it into friendship, the kind that can last forever. Success had an explanation: Aldo Locatelli strengthened a new business vision in the management of fuel stations, where the driver is placed at the center of all company activity. Customer appreciation brought recognition from drivers and fleet owners with whom Aldo always maintains close proximity. For these customers, Postos Aldo, in addition to being excellent refueling stations, have become true work partners, a second home where they receive welcome and the certainty of having friends. The "Rede Aldo" continues to grow and is today a strong, dynamic, and audacious business organization, growing from 1,000 to 1,200 employees in 2017. For the group's management, business success is directly linked to the personal success of each employee, after all, it is the employee who is on the front line serving the customer. Therefore, investments are made in qualification and professional development programs that result in better service delivery and a better quality of life for people. Such is the story of Grupo Aldo, a story made of pioneering spirit, challenges, and many achievements, bold ideals, unlimited entrepreneurial capacity, and one great certainty: the customer is always first, they are our reason for existing.
