Since 1949, Synov has been designing and industrializing electronic boards for SMEs and large international groups. SYNOV's strength lies in the know-how and development of electronic systems or solutions. Historically, the Group was composed of the following entities: CERV, near Le Puy-en-Velay, specializes in the design and manufacture of electronic systems; Tunelec, located in Tunisia, specializes in wire harnessing and electronic assembly; JFIE, in Brioude, is a manufacturer and supplier of wiring solutions in harnesses or through electrical boxes/panels and cabinets; A2E, in Héricourt, supports you in your projects through the design, industrialization, and integration of your electronic systems; Synov, chaired by Nordine Mazari, was acquired in 2017 by the investment holding company Dentressangle. Since then, the group has carried out 4 external growth operations: Arthèse in the Paris region, is an engineering company that designs and develops your embedded electronic systems; OEM near Lyon, specializes in Analog and Digital Power Electronics; Sectronic in Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine (37), specializes in the design and manufacture of embedded systems for rail transport. Laudren electronique in Lanester (56), is a company specializing in the manufacture of high-tech electronic systems with embedded functions. Synov primarily targets niche markets, determined by the size of the series (small and medium) and/or technical complexity. It designs and manufactures equipment and sub-assemblies for capital goods and leisure, transport, connectivity, elevators, medical, energy, kitchen/catering, defense, terminals/payment methods, security/access control, and industry.
