Le Groupe SCET is the only consulting firm for the public sector, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Caisse des dépôts and operationally attached to the Banque des Territoires. As a historic player in regional development and urban planning, we work with the State, national operators, local authorities, local public companies, social landlords, and private project developers in the development and transformation of territories. Le Groupe SCET is positioned as a consulting player capable of supporting public action from end-to-end, from strategic design to operational deployment, in connection with territorial development issues and adaptation to global transitions, particularly environmental ones. Within the Caisse des Dépôts group and alongside the national public sphere, we are a major contributor to the foresight, creation, evaluation, and deployment of major territorial public policies related to territorial development or environmental transition.
