About Groupe JBS

A major regional player, the JBS Group is the synergy of 6 family businesses recognized in their territory for their seriousness and professionalism: JBS, 2'NM, Normanet, HIL, ABC du Nettoyage and LECORPS Services. For over 20 years, we have been committed to the same approach: offering our employees secure employment conditions to foster their well-being. For us, customer satisfaction is directly linked to the performance and motivation of our employees. Thus, our commitments are based on respect for men and women, on valuing the profession and recognizing good work. More concretely, we favor full-time employment contracts with working hours adapted to employees' personal rhythms, and close management. We offer everyone the opportunity to develop their potential through a sustained training policy and internal promotion. Our constant and controlled growth is driven by the diversity and loyalty of our clients. Their renewed confidence each year is our guarantee of our commitments and the quality of our services.
