Groupe DLSI

About Groupe DLSI

In 1992, Raymond Doudot founded the family business in Forbach and opened several agencies in Eastern France specializing in temporary work. Over the years, the hard work and tenacity of a founder and a close-knit team have paid off: Groupe DLSI has established itself in other French regions as well as in Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, and Switzerland. Today, the DLSI network brings together more than 70 agencies, with expertise focused on multi-sector companies and candidates with diverse profiles through its main brands: DLSI, PEMSA, and TERCIO. Our skills are focused on Human Resources management and are led by Thierry Doudot (Chairman of the Management Board) and Raymond Doudot (Chairman of the Supervisory Board). With sustained growth and listed on the stock exchange since 2006 (Alternext Paris), the Group develops a constant approach of precision and rigor, particularly in the management of its 6000 temporary workers per day, relying on its network of serious and supportive employees.
