Founded in 1986, BATISANTÉ is a national group specializing in the protection of buildings and their occupants. Our clients are real estate professionals, private or public, who manage residential buildings, offices, or public access buildings. They call on BATISANTÉ to delegate the management of four major issues concerning the common areas of their buildings: Fire protection (installation and maintenance of fire extinguishers, smoke extraction systems, fire doors, etc.), Pest control (rats, cockroaches, bedbugs, etc.), Regulatory compliance (energy, asbestos, lead, termite technical diagnostics, etc.), and Plumbing breakdowns (lifting pumps, water damage, sanitation, etc.), electrical (electrical panels, access control, etc.), and ventilation (VMC, chimney sweeping, etc.).
