As a values-driven organization, we work daily with and for people with one goal in mind: an inclusive society where every talent counts and where no talent remains untapped. Together towards growth is our driving force. We focus on everyone who has or experiences a distance within the school context, the labor market, leisure time and their neighborhood. Through training, guidance and coaching, we do everything we can to complete a successful journey with them that contributes to personal growth and results in an engaging job, a successful school career, relaxed leisure time or a sense of belonging in the neighborhood where they live. We work within the domains of customized work, employment, school, leisure, community and justice. We focus on companies, education professionals, youth workers and public authorities. Based on our 50 years of expertise, we seek answers to the challenges they face. Through training, coaching and advice, we help these professionals in creating sustainable solutions in the field of personnel policy, school and living climate. We write our story together with partners. We form networks where necessary and possible, because difficult challenges are sometimes better tackled together. Together with local and international partners, we offer answers to the challenges of tomorrow. Together towards growth is the common thread in our work. It is a statement, an invitation and a commitment. We are driven by 4 values that form the DNA of our organization: connection, solidarity, ownership and equality.
