Greater Baden Medical Services, Inc. (GBMS) is a non-profit 501(c)3 Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable primary and preventive healthcare across Southern Maryland. Since 1972, we have served medically underserved and physician-shortage areas in Prince George’s, Charles, and St. Mary’s counties spanning 96 regional zip codes with 10 clinical sites and 4 WIC locations. We serve insured, underinsured, and uninsured patients alike with clinical dignity and compassionate customer service. We accept commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare, and offer sliding-scale fees based on family income. Our Comprehensive Services Include: Primary Care & Family Medicine: General check-ups, vaccines, and physicals. Pediatric & Adolescent Services: Pediatric medicine and developmental care. OB/GYN & Women’s Health: Prenatal care, maternal support, and free virtual newborn classes "The Baby Academy". Dental Services: Complete preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry (proudly accepting Adult Medicaid). Behavioral Health: Holistic, integrated mind-and-body emotional support. Specialty Programs: Ryan White HIV Program, Title X Family Planning, Babies Born Healthy (BBH), and WIC services. On-Site Pharmacy: Medication management and quick fulfillment at Brandywine. Recognized Clinical Excellence: NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition. Level I Criteria for The Joint Commission's Maternal Levels of Care Program.
