Granite is a professional, strictly third-party property management company, focused largely on the student housing sector, but also servicing the young professional segment. Granite originated in West Lafayette, IN and while still serving as the home office, the geographical reach includes Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Missouri, Louisiana, Virginia along with multiple locations in Indiana (Bloomington, Terre Haute, Vincennes, New Albany, Columbus, Richmond, Kokomo, South Bend). Granite serves both a wide variety of property owner clients (mom-pop to institutional) which is commensurate with providing a wide variety of housing options for student and young professional prospective residents.
