Grand Brook Memory Care

About Grand Brook Memory Care

Grand Brook Memory Care began as a family commitment to provide innovative and personalized care to those living with memory impairment. Our journey began more than 20 years ago as we successfully built and managed one of the nation’s finest assisted living memory care communities in the great state of Texas. Our success and high resident satisfaction led to a significant amount of development and management of new communities throughout Texas and the United States. While we are thankful for the opportunity to have served so many families through the years, today we take great pride in getting “back to our roots” – where family is at the core of everything we do. We are delighted to extend our superior Grand Brook Memory Care services at our flagship communities in Texas, Arkansas, Indiana and Michigan. Our leadership teams include some of the most experienced and knowledgeable management and healthcare professionals in the memory care industry. We are continually grateful for our skilled and compassionate team members; many of whom have been dedicated to serving our residents and families for more than 10 years. For generations, our family has passed down the traditions of faith, family, love and caring for others. We understand first-hand how difficult this time can be for families and how important it is to find a trustworthy memory care community for loved ones. Our family embraces this responsibility and considers it a privilege to partner with and support the families at each Grand Brook Memory Care community.
