Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina Inc. (Triad Goodwill) has served central North Carolina since 1963. With a simple model of Donate – Shop – Recycle – Train – Work, Triad Goodwill is able to support and continue its mission of Improving Lives and Enriching Communities Through the Power of Work, all thanks to the generous support of our donors, shoppers, community and partners. Our vision is to provide more than $50 MILLION in economic impact each year across our five-county territory of Alamance, Caswell, Guilford, Randolph and Rockingham counties. We help individuals in our community overcome the barriers that separate them from gainful, long-term employment. We provide free workshops, digital skills courses, specialized job training and an intensive program that helps individuals with criminal records avoid recidivism by teaching them how to re-enter the workforce. We are a passionate, results-driven leader. We generate superior returns on the assets entrusted to us, return even greater value to our community, and work to bring it closer to a shared vision. We will help citizens build skills and find jobs by providing customers value when they shop in our stores, by being a key employer in the counties we serve, and by building partnerships with other community organizations that will in turn strengthen our neighborhoods.
