The company was founded by Meg Rye, who has 20 years of recruitment experience including building Instagram and WhatsApp’s international product teams from scratch. We provide the highest level of expertise in hiring and coaching designers and product folks. Our mission is to help designers, coaches and our employees navigate their lives and careers for the betterment of themselves and society.
