Since 2022, we are Good Finance Securities. Good is our promise to clients and a reminder to ourselves to constantly strive to make Good Finance a force supporting people in realizing their dreams. Dreams are not just idle fantasies, but directions for firm progress, creating more beautiful possibilities for individuals, companies, and society as a whole. "Starting with people, carrying ideals, protecting goodness" is the core value of Good Finance – "people." The design of our brand logo incorporates the various postures of people and the structure of the character "美" (beauty/goodness), bringing out the fundamental value we cherish. Our predecessor, Ta Ching Securities, was founded in 1988 and became an over-the-counter company in 2003 with net assets of NT$4.642 billion. Throughout the years, we have adhered to the business philosophy of "practicality, stability, and upright operation," providing various financial services to clients, including securities trading, investment advisory, underwriting, proprietary trading, futures, and margin trading. We currently have approximately 350 employees and 13 branches across Taiwan, located in 8 in the northern region, 3 in the central region, and 2 in the southern region. In 2020, the company launched its first self-produced, self-made, self-sold wealth management product. To date, the amount entrusted by clients for management exceeds NT$3 billion. Growing wealth management from 0 to NT$3 billion is just a small step. Our goal is: "The next three years will be a benchmark for wealth management scale." In 2021, the company was officially renamed Good Finance Securities Co., Ltd. In everyone's life journey, there are different expectations and needs for the future. Finance can use its expertise to see people's needs and accompany everyone on their journey to pursue their dreams, just as the name Good Finance implies: Good is not just good, but benevolent, thinking of the client; Finance is through financial allocation of limited resources, making the most effective use, and helping society create more value. Ta Ching Securities was founded in 1988 and became a listed company in 2003 with net assets of 4.6 billions, 350 strong staffers in 12 branches across Taiwan (8 in the northern region, 2 in the middle region and 2 in the southern region). Guided by the principles of Integrity, Reliability and Solidity, the firm serves our clients with a wide range of services — brokerage, investment advisory, underwriting, futures, credit trading and more. Having merged with the AVCG, the firm consolidated its diverse financial servicing capabilities and will strengthen its professional services in asset management, products development and investment advisory in order to create more long lasting and comprehensive values for our clients and shareholders.
