Gonnin Duris was established in 1967. Sylvie and Eric BIBAULT acquired the GONNIN MA Company. Based in Sauzé Vaussais in the Deux-Sèvres region, the company operates through its 20 sites across 10 departments. In these territories, it is the exclusive dealer for the New Holland brand, a leader in France for tractors and combine harvesters. The company also distributes new complementary equipment and accessories under other brands (Kuhn, Berthoud, Amazone...) and supplies spare parts to the self-service stores on its sites. Finally, it also provides pre-sales services (preparation of new equipment) and after-sales services (maintenance, servicing, and repairs) in its workshops. Gonnin Duris is a subsidiary of the Dubreuil group – a family-run group from the Vendée region – which employs 5,800 people. The Group is involved in 7 business sectors, including Distribution – Automotive, Construction Equipment, Agricultural Machinery, Energy, Heavy Goods Vehicles – Hospitality and Real Estate, and Air Transport.
