Founded in 2001, the Goélia Group operates 69 Tourist Residences (under the Goélia, Seven Urban Suites, Appartéa brands), and is also a Tour Operator specializing in holiday rentals in France (Goélia.com, 1.5 million unique visitors per year). Management of 69 residences under the GOELIA brand (5700 accommodations, 93000 bookings). Breakdown: 29% mountain, 29% Mediterranean/Corsica, 24% West Coast, 13% countryside, and 5% city. 200 permanent employees (and up to 400 seasonally). The GOELIA Group engages in no other activity than its core business of operating tourist residences, notably no real estate activities (development, property sales, co-ownership management), which guarantees the objectivity and sustainability of its location choices, and the quality of residence maintenance. GOELIA residences are rated 3-star. The GOELIA Group wishes to maintain its family-run identity and close relationships. The Group's growth is steady, but coherent and considered. Over the past 5 years, the GOELIA Group has taken over 25 struggling tourist residences by negotiating case by case with each Owner Association. GOELIA GESTION handles the leasing and management of the teams for the 69 residences managed by the Group, as well as contractual relations with owners and property maintenance. GOELIA GESTION also handles recruitment, training, team management, and site staff supervision, and guest reception, with the primary objective for all teams being customer loyalty to the GOELIA brand. We are also close to local institutions and partners (Town Hall, Tourist Office, local businesses, associations, and sports clubs).
