About Glatthaar Keller GmbH & Co. KG

Our company, Glatthaar Keller GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Schramberg-Waldmössingen in Baden-Württemberg, was founded in 1980 by Joachim Glatthaar and specializes in the manufacture and construction of basements and foundation slabs. As the European market leader for prefabricated basements, we draw on almost 85,000 completed projects (as of April 2024) and currently employ more than 500 people. Unique patents and brands, our own research and development department, and collaboration with institutes, universities, and the construction industry distinguish us as an innovative company. True to the motto “With Ideas. With Success. With You.”, our promise to you is: You and your potential in a team that supports you! We inspire each other, grow together, and enjoy our work. Become part of the Glatthaar family and experience with us how we find a solution for everything with innovative products, clever ideas, and modern thinking. Stagnation doesn't suit Glatthaar Keller: Company founder Joachim Glatthaar embodied this from the very beginning and “infected” us all with it. The pioneering spirit of our founder lives on to this day. We are idea generators, success drivers, team players. Family cohesion and a respectful, open, and trusting corporate culture are the basis of our interaction. We offer our employees a role characterized by scope for action, extensive authority, and freedom for initiative and self-fulfillment – complemented by an attractive working environment. Our vision: an industry that looks to the future, because stagnation is a thing of the past. We approach our work with enthusiasm and commitment, and that's what makes us so successful!
