GIRO.TECH is a credit technology company that has developed a digital correspondent bank platform (Corban TECH) to simplify the origination and distribution of credit in the capital markets, through Securitizers and FIDCs. We simplify the credit journey with technology and enable new financial credit revenues for retailers without regulatory complexity. Our technology serves different credit operation models, supporting companies in journeys such as: Retail credit origination, allowing retailers to formalize their credit operations with their customers through GIRO SCD (a financial institution regulated by the Central Bank); Securitizers and FIDCs, acting in the structuring and management of the securitization vehicle through GTS Securitizadora (regulated by the CVM) and Monetiza (FIDC Manager); Structured credit operations in general such as: Retail Installment Loans (CDC), Private Label or Branded Card, Personal Loans; Private Payroll Loans, FGTS Birthday Withdrawal Advance, Supplier Advance, among others. Credit platforms and ecosystems, with modular infrastructure, APIs and integrations for different business models.
