About Gilde-BT

Gilde-BT has been around for 25 years. Founded at the time by Godfried Hendricx and Charles Simons, from the BT Group organization. They started as an intermediary in training and subsidy trajectories, to support regional industrial companies. The company grew from a regional partner to a national partner in the world of courses, training, education, and subsidies. In 2001, they took over the commercial activities (Gilde Contract) from ROC Gilde Opleidingen, laying the foundation for the current Gilde-BT organization. Due to continuous development and growth, the company is organized into two business units: ‘Opleidingsgroep Gilde-BT’ (with the training companies GBT Opleidingen and OVD Opleidingen) and ‘Gilde-BT Software & Services’. Gilde-BT Software & Services specializes in training management, subsidy, compensation, and regulation accountability systems. We help our clients to deploy training activities, subsidies, and compensations more effectively and ensure that they are accounted for 100% correctly. From helpdesk to the actual ‘compliance-proof’ payouts. We have already ensured that over 2 billion euros in compensations and subsidies for more than 1.5 million people have reached the right place. This makes us one of the largest parties in the Netherlands. Our focus is on national subsidy schemes, O&O funds, industry and training organizations, and (subsidy) intermediaries, processing approximately 150,000 files per year. Gilde-BT Software is ISO27001 certified and guarantees 100% implementation. With a team of 50 enthusiastic professionals, we work with great pleasure to get the most out of it. If the customer of our customer is satisfied, we are satisfied.
