Getränkeland is the largest beverage specialist retail chain in the northeast. The central administration is located in Elmenhorst near Rostock. Under the leadership of Axel Heidebrecht, Fabian Heidebrecht, and Andreas Priester, a team of about 30 men and women works. They are deployed in eight specialist departments for the central control of the branches. The now over 110 branches are distributed across six federal states and are the responsibility of our seven district sales managers. They are the important variable for ensuring that communication between headquarters and the branch functions smoothly. They are also responsible for the fast and smooth implementation of decisions from headquarters in the beverage pickup markets. With passion and commitment, each district sales manager takes care of an average of 20 branches. An open ear for employees is just as important as a watchful eye.
