Territory management and topographic assistance: surveys of any type and kind, including aerial photogrammetric surveys carried out with drones, cartographic restitution, assistance to large-scale road and railway infrastructure construction sites, design and management of 3D systems for road pavers and finishers. Tender procedures: examination of tender documents, study and analysis of prices and costs, control and reprocessing of bills of quantities, project proposals for integrated tenders and design-build concessions. Road design: project plans, tracing plans, longitudinal profiles, typical cross-sections, design cross-sections, signage plans, earthworks quantity surveys and civil works quantity surveys, related mitigation works, hydraulics, road structure optimization, environmental impact studies, environmental monitoring projects, green works, construction site planning. Structural design: major and minor engineering structures, special engineering structures (large-span bridges and viaducts, artificial tunnels), retaining and temporary works, and maritime works. Expropriation procedures: staking out areas to be occupied; drafting of cadastral plans; verification of actual owners, drafting of decrees for access and/or urgent occupation, notification to interested parties, drafting of inventory and possession taking reports, transcription notes, applications for title transfer, excluding practices at the Provincial Expropriation Commission. NCT subdivisions, urban entity subdivisions, drafting of mod. 26 for the consolidation of agricultural plots, supply and installation of boundary markers, head of expropriations and contacts with public bodies/authorities/private individuals. Site technical-engineering assistance: construction site management, technical support for procurement and production, design assistance during construction for resolving site issues, elaboration and adjustments of the work schedule.
