Our concept was born from the idea that amazing hibachi-style Japanese food could be offered without the usual wait required at a traditional Japanese steakhouse. We feature high-quality ingredients prepared by specially trained chefs. Our steak is fresh USDA Choice sirloin. Our chicken is fresh all-natural whole chicken breast. We only serve fresh vegetables, hand cut in our kitchens. Our famous Yum Yum and Ginger sauces are made in-house. You can customize your bowl with the meats, rice, veggies and sauces you like. Since opening in December 2010, GENJIGO has grown to six locations throughout Columbus, Ohio.
