About Genesis Datacom

Genesis Datacom is Arkansas' leading commercial system integrator, installing best-in-tech security, datacom, fire and audiovisual solutions with unrivaled expertise and service. Established in March 2011, Genesis Datacom started as a three-man team focused on structured cabling and network services. Fast-forward to today, we have grown to 40+ team members and we provide consulting, design, installation, integration and maintenance services for multiple low voltage systems. Throughout our 10 years in business, we have built a broad portfolio that includes educational institutions, government agencies, healthcare organizations and have maintained a 100% project completion rate with every customer. Since our founding, we have proudly remained Arkansas-owned and operated. In 2021, we opened a second office in Springdale to better serve our clients. Our Mission: Be the Bridge. From IT to OT, we believe that no matter the problem, we are part of the solution. We understand that integrations and deployments can present as complicated and overwhelming - we won't let that happen. Genesis Datacom builds straightforward and customized solutions to fit each project, no matter how large or small. We provide value to our clients through knowledge, skill and integrity. Our team members average 15 years in this arena, and we pack the certifications and portfolio to prove it. Shortcuts are not allowed and stellar service is mandatory. This is who we are.
