GDBR is the Toyoda Gosei group's first factory in South America, currently manufacturing plastic, rubber, and safety system products for automobiles. In Brazil, GDBR currently serves Toyota factories in Brazil (Indaiatuba-SP and Sorocaba-SP) and Argentina, in addition to Honda Brasil units (Sumaré-SP and future Itirapina-SP). GDBR's history in Itapetininga began in 2012 with the land acquisition. In 2013, construction of the structures, acquisition of machinery, assembly of production lines, and planning of the hiring schedule began. The company started equipment testing in 2014, along with the first hires. Throughout these processes, since GDBR's early years, numerous reliability, quality, and efficiency tests have been conducted. With the company's official inauguration in 2016, we were certified in ISO 14001 in 2017, constantly seeking to improve environmental protection and mitigate problems that its production chain could cause for stakeholders and society. In 2020, we received ISO 9001 certification, guaranteeing the quality of our products and processes, being a world-class provider that seeks customer satisfaction sustainably, considering all interested parties and with the following objectives: Meet applicable requirements, prioritizing safety and the environment.
